Presentation Guidelines
Guidelines for Flash talks:
All WASNE participants are kindly requested to prepare and present a flash talk.
Flash talks of doctoral researchers are scheduled on Monday 30 September, 15:15-16:16 h.
Flash talks of Postdocs and Junior Professors are scheduled on Tuesday 1 October, 10:00-11:00 h.
Flash talks are meant to be a short (5 minute MAX) presentation of your research and poster. The author should focus only on the main aim of the research and only mention the key findings. The purpose of the flash talk is to stimulate the discussion with other participants.
Presentations should be prepared for use with Microsoft PowerPoint 2016 in a Windows compatible format. If made in another programme or in an earlier PowerPoint version, please make sure that it is compatible with PowerPoint 2016.
Take your presentation on a USB flash drive to the meeting. Your presentation will be uploaded on the computer at the registration desk during registration. The electronic projection equipment in the plenary room will include a laptop equipped with PowerPoint 2016.
Poster Guidelines
A display panel will be allocated for each poster. Posters will be A0 paper size (840 mm by 1188 mm, portrait format only.
Posters can be mounted on Monday 30 September in the morning during registration. Please position your poster in the indicated poster board
